Town of Redwater Land Use Bylaw Review

Redwater is a dynamic community with a population of just over 3,500. The community is ideally situated approximately 1.5 miles north of the Alberta's Industrial Heartland the Northwest Redwater Partnership development. MPS involvement in this project included an extensive review of the Town's current Land Use Bylaw to ensure that regulations and definitions are current and reflect development pressures facing the community today. The review also focused on making the documents reader friendly and more accessible to developers and the community. Project Details
